Hi neighbors! Just a reminder that our annual membership meeting is being held in Strawberry Hill Park on Monday, July 22nd.
Join us at 5:30 PM for tacos provided by the HOA from Taqueria del Rey, a local food truck. The HOA is also providing bottled water and paper plates/napkins/utensils. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share, and chairs.
Around 6:00 PM, we will gather for our annual meeting. If you have any business agenda items, please make sure to send them to the officers ahead of time. Email officers@strawberryhillhoa.org or use the contact form on our website.
If you have a new neighbor living near you, please encourage them to attend!
Meeting Agenda
- Approval of minutes from our 2023 membership meeting – please review in advance
- Approval of annual treasurer’s report – please review in advance (five hard copies will be available)
- Approval of new budget – please review in advance (five hard copies will be available). This includes a board-approved dues increase of ~5% to $165 for 2025.
- Unfinished business – None

- Volunteers needed: fence quote, tree clean up, shed clean up, litter clean up, fire safety meeting
- Architectural control committee: one vacancy.
- Officer elections: Nominations from the floor are welcome.
- President – Becky Keene will run for re-election.
- Secretary – Josh Thomsen will run for re-election.
- Treasurer – Mary Mingles is resigning. This position will need to be filled.
