Meetings
Strawberry Hill HOA membership meetings are held annually on the third Monday of July unless otherwise announced. This annual meeting includes a potluck barbecue hosted by the officers. We meet in the park, so bring chairs!
We also hold special meetings throughout the year as needed to vote on issues like large purchases, changes to procedures, or community events. These are announced at least 14 days in advance and held at a home in the neighborhood.
Agenda items should be sent to officers@strawberryhillhoa.org at least two weeks in advance.
Strawberry Hill HOA officers meetings are held quarterly or as needed in April, July, October, and January. Questions or concerns for the officers to discuss should be sent to officers@strawberryhillhoa.org at least one day in advance.
Park Reservations
To reserve the park, refer to calendar above to check for availability, then send an email to officers@strawberryhillhoa.org with the following information at least one week prior to your event:
- date and time
- general nature of the activity
- approximate group size
- time range of the reservation
- whether you want the water faucet available
- responsible homeowner name and contact phone number
Things to consider:
- an adult homeowner of the community needs to be present during all events held at the community park
- please remove event related trash from the park
- if the number of cars is expected to exceed the number of parking spots, please contact an officer about parking. Do not block the park road so that emergency vehicles can get by
- Planned mowing dates are listed in the calendar (subject to change based on weather and mowing conditions): May to September. Start in April weather permitting. About every three weeks.
- Portable toilet dates: Spring break (April) until after Labor Day (September).
